I am currently working at RYNAN Group, leading the Software Department (Web/App), AI, Remote Sensing and Insect Data teams, with the main mission of designing system architecture, organizing data flows and turning insights into deployable solutions in the field.
From website developer to team lead and now platform/group manager, I have hands-on experience leading digital transformation, data analytics and productization projects.
From 2024 to now, I have been Software Department Manager at RYNAN Group, responsible for leading software platforms and acting as a Software Group Manager across the Software Department (Web/App), AI, Remote Sensing and Insect Data teams.
From 2021 to 2024, I worked as Project Manager for the VDAPES digital agriculture platform ecosystem, coordinating the Software Department (Web/App), AI, Remote Sensing and Insect Data teams to deliver data-driven solutions for agriculture and resource management.
Being trusted to lead the website team, expanding into system architecture, servers, security and platform operations.
Building a solid foundation in software development and professional website projects, joining the first real-world products.
Managing and co-building the VDAPES ecosystem, connecting data from sensors, satellites, AI models and field operations to support decision-making for farmers, agribusinesses and regulators across the crop lifecycle.
Designing and implementing traceability solutions that track product flows and operational data to strengthen transparency, compliance and process optimization in agriculture and manufacturing.
This was the period of studying at Can Tho University, where I had an enthusiastic youth participating in many associations and experiencing the best time of my youth.
I am lucky to have parents who are civil servants/state employees. They left me a valuable asset, which is the knowledge and way of life trained during my 18 years of living. Although our circumstances were not too perfect, my younger brother and I both studied at beautiful and good schools in Tra Vinh Town (Now Tra Vinh City) such as Le Van Tam Primary School, Ly Tu Secondary School.
